摘要 下肢静脉曲张性溃疡是临床上易诊难治的一种疾病，针对其病因病机病理，王老均有独到的见解，采取现代微创技术充实的中医外治法为主，中西医结合动态治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡，经验丰富，疗效好，值得临床借鉴。

    Abstract Lower limb ulcer of varicose vein is easy to diagnose but difficult to treat. Targeting on its etiology and pathology， professor Wang gives priority to Chinese medicine external treatment combined with modern minimally invasive technology in treatment. It had achieved great clinical effect and is worthy of application.
